A variety of marine life stares back at you in mild surprise. Turtles, humpback whales, dolphins, dugong, manta rays and sea snakes are regular visitors. If you choose to wet a line you may well find yourself whooping and hollering with the thrill of being towed by a rampaging spanish mackerel, tuna, queen fish, cobia or the mighty barramundi to name a few.
